I'm thrilled you are here!  With continuous certification as a postpartum doula since 2005, and as a doula trainer and mentor who has been involved in international doula community leadership for many years, it's exciting to combine my extensive professional and personal experiences with my trauma-aware coaching studies and certifications, I've crafted a well-rounded and focused coaching style designed to help clients empower themselves in a way that feels right and authentic to them. 

What does life coaching with HeatherGail look like? 

My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and understanding with some fun thrown in of course! I truly believe at our core, we are all whole and complete but sometimes need understanding and guidance. Together, we will craft personalized activities that align with your values and how your mind works. I offer the opportunity for empowering conversations so you can make positive changes and feel that deep confidence and well-being we all long for.

Current Offerings: I'm delighted to offer two coaching options:

Private 1-on-1 Virtual Life Coaching or Local Northern California In-Person Appointments: Positive change takes time, and from my experience, a 3-6-month or longer program with weekly 60-75 minute sessions works wonders for most clients. Rest assured, during our time together, I'll customize the experience to your unique pace to make sure you have what you need to truly make the most of our sessions. 

Investment: starting at $1,797/3 months

COMING 2025!

Ongoing Weekly Doula Group and Life Coaching: We meet virtually once a week for advanced doula education, Q & A, and opportunity to experience life coaching and mentorship. 

Inaugural Investment: $100/month
